This web page is a very small but growing collection of PERL scripts that I use in phylogenetic analyses of molecular data in the Regier lab at the UMBI/CBR. The focus of my research is on the higher phylogeny of Lepidoptera (Assembling the Tree of Life Lepidoptera - "LepTree"), as well as on relationships between orders of Hexapoda and between classes of Arthropoda. This site serves primarily as an updated repository of our scripts (see left-hand menu), for some of which I provide a web service to facilitate convenient testing and use by others.
